The MOBILEMAN D3 is a variable and configurable logistics system developed by GB Machines from Schloß Holte. The comprehensive modular design of the trough configuration makes it possible to adapt the structure exactly to the needs of the customer.

In detail

The total volume is 25, 30 or 50 m3. The binder chamber has a volume of 6 to 15 m3 and is also divisible in itself, so that a three-chamber system is created, thereby ensuring maximum flexibility.

Hatz 4H50TIC 4-cylinder

The new Hatz 4-cylinder engine gives your MOBILEMAN the necessary power on the construction site. At the rear of the MOBILEMAN D3 is a protected control cabinet made of stainless steel. Here is the control centre for all functions and inputs housed.

Modern service

With the latest web application, you are always able to retrieve technical information and thus always know what is happening at the machine. This not only makes remote maintenance easier, but you always know what is happening on your construction site.

Full control

In addition to the usual functions such as GPS tracking or theft protection, you now have full control over your system. Any errors that occur can be solved quickly and easily by our experienced telephone support. This saves time, but your employees are never completely on their own

A trailblazing downsizing approach has been followed that makes the engine the most compact and lightest in its class. Furthermore, the engine meets the latest emission standard 3B.

EFFECTIVE
Cost and benefits are the focus of the MOBILEMAN D3.
Through our USB interface for data transfer and the optional remote function, it is always possible to see the current material consumption and to plan the further deliveries of raw materials more efficiently. Since the system works completely automatically, it is possible to use human resources most efficiently. Due to the fact that the residual quantities of raw materials remain at the end of the construction site in the vehicle and can be on the following construction site, the material losses reduce sustainable.
